The course work includes audit sampling methods, interviewing techniques, effective listening skills and value-added report writing. Special emphasis is devoted to effective Corrective Action Request writing. Students will write and critique corrective action requests during this interactive course.

ISO Consultants provide ISO 14000 Internal Auditor Training handouts, attendance list, and completion certificates are provided. No prior knowledge is necessary for participants in this class, although ISO 14001 Awareness Training may be helpful.
